See This Dramatic Rescue of a Stranded Man From Raging River and Waterfall

A 25-year-old man was rescued from a small rock in the middle of raging Yuba River, just on top of a 40-50 feet waterfall in Nevada County, California, in this dramatic footage released by the California Highway Patrol. Kalani Tuiono was swept down-river from Emerald Pools for a mile, surviving the ordeal with only minor scratches.
