Examining California's ‘Sanctuary State' Law

California’s Sanctuary City policies are under legal attack again. The 9th Circuit of Appeals heard arguments over three laws on Wednesday. The most important — the “Sanctuary State” law — that gives local governments the right not to assist federal immigration agents.
