Attorney: Illinois Kidnapping Suspect Deserves Fair Hearing

FBI investigators believe she’s dead, but there are still new reports of people seeing a missing Chinese scholar alive. Ying Ying Zhang disappeared at the University of Illinois last month. A former student there is charged with kidnapping her, but she was never found. Police are looking into multiple reports of people seeing Zhang in Salem, Illinois, about one and a half hours east of St. Louis.
