Plastic Surgery for Arms Skyrockets

Upper Arms plastic surgery has become extremely popular. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons the number of brachioplasties, surgeries to get rid of excess skin on the upper arms, has skyrocketed over the past decade, up more than 4,000 percent.
