Parents suing Snapchat over fentanyl-related deaths

Dozens of parents are suing Snapchat after their children died from fentanyl consumption. They believe the app did nothing to prevent the selling and distribution of illicit drugs containing fentanyl. Lolita Lopez reports for the NBC4 News on Oct. 18, 2023.
