Police Mistakenly Draw Guns on Overbrook High School Runner in Case of Mistaken Identity

Saabir Ali, an athlete competing in the Penn Relays, was startled to see Philadelphia police draw their guns on him as he made his way home from the international track-and-field competition in West Philadelphia. His mother filed a complaint with the police district, claiming officers overreacted in their alleged search for a bike thief.
