Raw Video: Truck Partially Submerged in Flooding Water in Santa Cruz

This video shows a truck that was partially submerged in a parking lot at the Santa Cruz Harbor Saturday. Rising waters pushed boats all over the place, even forcing people to scramble to safety as a tsunami advisory was still in effect for the area.
