For Many, Summer Is the Most Stressful Season: Survey

Even though summer is associated with relaxation and vacations, a third of Americans say they find it to be the most stressful season of the year, according to a new study conducted by SleepRate. This is most likely because people are busier in the summer — running errands, being active outdoors or planning the next family outing. On top of that, hot weather, longer days and seasonal allergies can be stressful on the body.
