Suspect in Ortiz Shooting Charged

Authorities charged one man suspected in the shooting of retired Red Sox slugger David “Big Papi” Ortiz in the Dominican Republic. That suspect’s arraignment was set for sometime Wednesday in Santo Domingo. Police have said there may be others charged in what appears to have been a coordinated attack.
