Sen. Cory Booker on Police Reforms: ‘Hope Is Essential But It's Not Enough'

Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., addressed the senate on Tuesday about the protests that have sprung up across the U.S. after the killing of George Floyd, saying, “It’s on us in this body to do something, to change the law. We can do that in the coming days.”
