WATCH: “We Have One Guy Down” Police Tell Bystanders in Upstate NY

Thom Kelly, 36, was at his mother-in-law’s house who lives in Malone, NY right by Route 30. Kelly says “We heard a lot of sirens by route 30 so we stepped out to see what happened. One local officer stopped by and said ‘we got one.'” According to Kelly, “Cops were coming from pretty much coming from every directions. Saw about 30 to 40 cop cars within 3 minutes.”
