Cars Wash Up on Southern California Beach After Flood

Cars were found washed up on a Santa Barbara County beach in the wake of Tuesday’s deadly storm and mud flow. The cars, possibly carried to the beach by the floodwaters, were found in the Montecito area. The cars were not occupied.
