Did you see it? The Blue Angels soared over downtown LA, the Griffith Observatory and other SoCal locations during a Sunday Sept. 22, 2019 flyover.
The U.S. Navy's elite Blue Angels flight team tore across the Los Angeles skyline in formation Sunday as part of an orientation tour of the city.
The flight demonstration team entered the San Fernando Valley from the northwest and buzzed by Burbank Airport and Dodger Stadium. The jets then circled downtown Los Angeles and headed to the Griffith Observatory and Hollywood sign. The flights also passed near LAX and down to L.A. Harbor over the USS Iowa.
