10th Largest Diocese, OC Gets New Bishop

Kevin Vann, the former Bishop of Fort Worth, was installed as the fourth Bishop of Orange. The ceremony held at UC Irvine brought 4,000 people together on Monday. Vann will oversee 62 churches, 44 catholic schools, and three hospitals in Orange County, the 10th largest diocese in the nation and one of the country’s fastest-growing Catholic communities.
