Father of Missing Monrovia Woman Issues Public Plea for Help

The father of a Monrovia woman, whose jailed boyfriend is suspected of assaulting and abducting her, joined authorities in asking for the public’s help in locating the 31-year-old single mom. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019.
