OC Library Becomes a Refuge for Homeless

Santa Ana library officials say they’ve seen homeless people bathe in the restrooms and wash clothes in the sink because at times more than half of the patrons have no place else to go. Vikki Vargas reports for the NBC4 News on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016.
