Man Caught in Kidnap-For-Hire Sting: Cops

An Orange County man was arrested Thursday in connection with what police called an elaborate kidnapping. The twice arrested man was already facing charges for a sex crime against a teenage girl identified as a relative when he allegedly tried to hire someone to kidnap the girl to keep her from testifying.
