Battling Stage 3 Cancer, OC Sheriff Remains Optimistic

Having already shared her cancer battle with the public, Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens disclosed her breast cancer is stage three. The tumor and her lymph nodes have been removed, and she’s two weeks into a round of chemotherapy, but she continued to maintain her enthusiastic attitude at a medal of valor ceremony Tuesday.
