OC Sheriff Won't Step Down After Cancer Diagnosis

Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutches announced on Monday that she has breast cancer, adding that it was found early and is treatable. A mammogram six months ago found nothing; Hutches says she found the two-centimeter lump herself. She plans to continue in her role as the first female sheriff in Orange County, and says she hopes her diagnosis serves as a warning to men and women alike. Vikki Vargas reports from Santa Ana for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2012.
