Panga Boat Carrying Immigrants Washes Ashore in Laguna

Police captured four undocumented immigrants after their Panga boat washed ashore in Laguna Beach on Tuesday. Authorities believe five more immigrants were in the boat and are still at large. Vikki Vargas reports for the NBC4 News at 6 on Tuesday, June 19, 2018.
