Man Claims Bear is Terrorizing His Family

Jim Cozzie says a bear has been in his backyard for five nights in a row, making him afraid to let his children play outside. Animal control says there’s nothing they can do to shoo the bear away because its looking for food and water that’s been in short supply for years.
