Pipeline Repair to Limit IE Water Use

Authorities say water service will be cut for up to one million Inland Empire residents in order to fix a leaking pipeline. The cut is expected to last for six days. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018.
