PM Forecast: “Dangerous” Storm to Bring Rain, Snow

As many as 5 inches of rain could fall in parts of Southern California and up to 3 feet of snow could blanket areas above 6,000 feet when a strong winter storm settles into the region starting Friday. NBC4’s Byron Miranda has the forecast for Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014.
