PM Forecast: Warm, Windy Weekend

Southern California temperatures could be the hottest in the nation as hot, dry winds sweep into the region. The mercury will show temps 10 to 15 degrees above average over the weekend, with cold temps returning by Monday. NBC4’s Byron Miranda has the forecast for Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013.
