Police Investigating Jussie Smollett Attack Allegation

Two suspects arrested for an alleged homophobic and racist attack on ‘Empire’ star Jussie Smollett were released and claim Smollett had hired them to stage the attack. Kim Baldonado reports for NBC 4 News at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019.
