Man Sought in OC Attempted Kidnapping

Detectives believe a man suspected of attempting to abduct a 17-year-old girl in Stanton may have been tracking the victim on her routine nightly dog walks. Police on Tuesday asked for the public’s help to track down the man, who neighbors say has been spotted driving around the area in the past.
