Police Use Coding to Track Scooter Accidents

Police have created new coding to be able to track scooter incidents and say there’s been at least one death in Los Angeles in a traffic collision involving an electric scooter. Lolita Lopez reports for the NBC4 News on Tuesday, June 18, 2019.
