GOP Courts Latino Vote

The head of the National Republican Party met with local activists and community leaders in East LA Tuesday. Reince Preibus pledged to do more to earn Latino support, and discussed his plan to widen the appeal of the GOP. Conan Nolan reports from East LA for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2013.
