Critics, Supporters Weigh in on Brown's Prop 30 Campaign

Gov. Jerry Brown is pushing to get Prop 30 passed in November while simultaneously fighting a similar bill spearheaded by wealthy civil rights attorney Molly Munger. Brown warns that if it doesn’t pass, more massive budget cuts will be implemented. Conan Nolan reports for the NBC4 News at 9 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2012.
