Should the 12-cent gas tax increase be repealed? It was passed by the state legislature and signed by the governor. Proposition 6 would repeal the tax hike but what would happen to the billons targeted to the current effort to repair our roads and bridges? NBC4’s Conan Nolan talks to both sides of the issue.
