New California Governor Gavin Newsom will be in Southern California this week. He will be talking with city officials about the housing crisis and how he plans to build new housing units. He may also be trying to clarify his confusing statements about the bullet train during his State of the State address and provide details of his lawsuit against the federal government’s “national emergency” declaration.
