Jessica Lall is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Central City Association has a different point of view on the issue of whether police should be able to confiscate the belongings of homeless people. She says they also support the constitutional rights of the homeless. They don’t believe medication and personal belongings that are need to survive should ever be taken. However, no constitutional right is unlimited. People also have a right to have access to streets.
