NBC4’s Robert Kovacik sits in for Conan Nolan. We talk with the leader of the second largest school district in the nation, LAUSD Superintendent Austin Beutner. On Friday he ordered all schools in the district shutdown for two weeks. This as the coronavirus continues to spread and is declared a global pandemic. Why did he make such extraordinary decision?
