NBC4’S Conan Nolan talks former U-S Representative James Rogan, now an Orange County Superior Judge. Rogan, once a Republican congressman who represented the Burbank/Glendale area, was a House Manager in the impeachment trial of U-S President Bill Clinton in 1999. Ironically, Rogan was unseated by Adam Schiff (D-Burbank) who is now leading the prosecution in the impeachment trial to remove Donald Trump from office. Rogan here talks about what it was like when he was leading the impeachment trial.
