NewsConference: Union: Garcetti's Green New Deal Bad

Perhaps Los Angeles’ most powerful union has taken to the airwaves to attack Mayor Eric Garcetti and his “Green New Deal”. Brian D’Arcy is the union leader that represents the workers of the LA Department of Water and Power–IBEW LOCAL 18. He tells NBC4’s Conan Nolan why the union is opposed to Garcetti’s plan. “I have looked at the mayor’s plan. There is no there there,” says D’Arcy.
