Family Settles in LA County Fair Rough Arrest

The city of Pomona has paid out more than half a million dollars to a teenager in a case of an excessive use of force by police in 2015 at the LA County Fair. Christian Aguilar was arrested after being punched and wrestled to the ground by officers. He was videotaping his father’s arrest at the LA County Fair, and officers said he was interfering.
