Father Killed in Vegas Shooting ‘Went Above and Beyond'

Nick Arellano had gone to the country music concert in Las Vegas where Stephen Paddock opened fire on a group of thousands of innocents, but left before the shooting. Arellano’s father, Brian Fraser, 49, was sadly one of the victims who died during the massacre. Vikki Vargas reports for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017.
