Santa Anita Track to Remain Closed After Horse Deaths

The Santa Anita track will be closed indefinitely after 21 horses in the past few weeks have been euthanized due to injuries. Kim Baldonado reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2019.
