Santa Monica Considers Curbing Electric Scooter Use

The Santa Monica city council is considering a proposal for a six-month pilot program that would limit the number of electric scooters on city roads. Heavy use of the scooters in Santa Monica have raised numerous public safety concerns for some. Ted Chen reports for the NBC4 News at 6 June 12, 2018.
