Security Guard Arrested in Shooting Outside Synagogue

A YouTube personality was wounded while recording video outside a synagogue and Jewish high school in the Fairfax district, allegedly by a security guard who was detained and later arrested. Robert Kovacik reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14, 2019.
