Sheriff's Vehicle, USPS Truck Involved in Multi-Car Crash in Carson

A Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department vehicle and a United States Postal Service mail truck were involved in a multi-vehicle crash in Carson Saturday.

The deputy-involved crash occured at around 6:07 p.m. near the intersection of East Carson Street and South Avalon Boulevard, the LASD's Carson station said. It was not immediately clear if any deputies were injured, authorities said.

Newschopper4 Bravo observed at least two other vehicle involved in the collision, and sheriff's vehicle was on the sidewalk with notable damage.
