Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Protest New Cell Phone Tower

A Sherman Oaks neighborhood is fighting a new T-mobile cell phone tower. Residents claim it was put in deceitfully and that it poses a safety hazard. Chris Schauble was there this morning when the community confronted the contractor.
