SoCal Veterans Head to Storm-Ravaged Philippines

A group of specialized military veteran rescuers from Southern California head to the Philippines to start rebuilding the devastated communities after Typhoon Haiyan ravaged the region. Bringing food, water and medical supplies, Team Rubicon hopes to at least help start the recovery from such tragic destruction. Gadi Schwartz reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10, 2013.
