Dodgers Triple-A Prospect Ignites Bench-Clearing Brawl

Luckily for both teams no players were seriously injured

The Albuquerque Isotopes and Reno Aces, the Triple-A affiliates for the Dodgers and Rockies, respectively, rumbled on Saturday in a bench-clearing brawl.

It got ugly and spilled into the first couple of rows behind home plate.

Multiple reports say Isotopes shortstop Erisbel Arruebarrena didn't appreciate being brushed back by pitcher Mike Bolsinger early in the at bat.

It, apparently, started Friday night when Arruebarrena, who the Dodgers have signed to a five-year, $25 million contract, took nearly 40 seconds to cross home plate after hitting a three-run homer.
