Michael Phelps Could Face Criminal Charges

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott will file criminal charges against Olympian Michael Phelps if he can prove Phelps smoked marijuana at a house party at the University of South Carolina. The 8 Time Gold Medalist was caught in a photo inhaling from a marijuana pipe.
