It's Only Fair: California's Pay to Play Act

Should college athletes be able to make money from endorsement deals and jersey sales? The NCAA forbids it but California’s Fair Pay to Play Act is out to change that. State Senator Steven Bradford of Gardena co-authored the bill, he joins Fred Roggin to explain why California is giving college athletes an assist.
