A 14-year-old boy is suffering head injuries after he was sucker punched by another teen on Friday -- an attack that he says was "unprovoked."
The attack occurred at around 4:30 p.m. outside of a Wendy's restaurant in the 6400 block of Platt Avenue in West Hills, according to the Los Angeles Police Department Topanga Division.
Jordan Peisner, who spoke from his hospital bed on Monday, said the last thing he remembered was talking to his friends when he was punched by teen he didn't even know.
The attack was captured through Snapchat. The video shows teenage boy in a hooded sweatshirt walking up to Jordan, punching him in the head, and then walking away. Another video shows Jordan on the floor after the attack. He was bleeding profusely from his head.
Jordan was taken to Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where he was being treated for a skull fracture, bleeding on the brain and blood clots.
"It's a brain injury," his father, Ed Peisner, said. "There's no way to tell what's gonna happen." He said he was afraid one misstep could paralyze his son.
They believe the attack happened for attention on social media. Ed Peisner said Jordan isn't allowed to return to school until next fall, but they are hoping to spread awareness of anti-bullying as Jordan faces nearly a year of recovery.

"Stop bullying. Stop violence. Spread kindness," Ed Peisner said.
A 14-year-old boy was arrested 5 p.m. Friday on suspicion of felony battery, said Sgt. Jeff Collado of the LAPD Topanga Division. Police said Jordan was targeted, but he did not provoke the attack and did not know the attacker.
