Tourists Witness Deadly Santa Monica Hit-and-Run

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed in Santa Monica and police arrested the 21-year-old driver, who tried to flee the scene. Beverly White reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on March 21, 2017.
