Police Pursuit Ends on the Sand in Venice Beach

A police pursuit from Orange County ends on Venice Beach, after a masked man jumps onto the roof of a car, runs on the boardwalk, helps bury a man in the sand and eventually gets arrested only a few feet from the water on July 20, 2019.
