Victim Spent Thousands to Save Pup Bought From ‘Pastor'

A pastor and his family are accused of selling sick dogs to people all over Southern California. One of the victims said she purchased the pup from Rick Kenney, and days later the dog became ill. Even after spending roughly $6,000 to save the puppy, he didn’t make it. Tony Shin reports for NBC4 News on Thursday, April 12, 2018.
